Membership includes unlimited printing

Below are detailed instructions on how to print at your Gravitate location.

Option 1: Install Gravitate Printer

WINDOWS PC MACHINE

  • Be sure you are connected to Gravitate’s WiFi

  • Go to the start menu, click Settings

  • Under Settings, click Devices

  • Under Devices, select Add a Printer or Scanner

  • Select Brother MFC-L2740DW series and click Add Device

  • Wait for your machine to install

APPLE MAC COMPUTER

  • Be sure you are connected to Gravitate’s WiFi

  • Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners

  • Under Printers, click the “+” sign to add a new printer

  • Select Brother MFC-L2740DW series and click Add

  • Wait for your machine to install

 

Option 2: Print via the web on Google Cloud Print

This option is recommended if you have trouble adding the printer and/or printing from your computer

STEP 1: ADD PRINTER ON GOOGLE CLOUD PRINT

STEP 2: PRINT

To Print Files from your Computer

  • Go to Google Cloud Print Management Page: google.com/cloudprint

  • Click Print

  • Choose Upload File to Print

  • Select file

  • Select Gravitate Printer (Gravi-Prints-Downtown or Gravi-Prints-VJ)

  • Print

To Print with Google Chrome (or Google Drive)

  • In the top right corner, select the ⋮ menu item

  • From the dropdown menu, select Print

  • Under Destination, select Gravitate Printer (Gravi-Prints-Downtown or Gravi-Prints-VJ)

  • Print
