A Quiet Night Out with Gravitate and Storyhouse Bookpub
Where: Gravitate / Storyhouse 505 E Grand Ave Des Moines
When: Friday, May 3rd from 5-8pm (First Friday for Historic East Village)
Who: All ages! Bring friends, family, kids, grandparents - everyone is welcome, whether or not they're a Gravitate member.
What to Expect:
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we're opening up our space for a fun, relaxing night out for everyone!
Come celebrate First Fridays in the Historic East Village! Hang out in one of our cozy spaces, enjoy a refreshing mocktail, get creative with crafts, and lose yourself in a good book.
Don't know what to read? Head downstairs to Storyhouse Bookpub and let their knowledgeable staff help you find your next great literary companion. Storyhouse will also be where the crafting materials are, so you can grab items to create your own personalized vision board that inspires and motivates you!
This event is all about taking a break, connecting with your community, and nurturing your mind and spirit. Whether you're a Gravitate member or not, everyone is welcome to join us for this casual, family-friendly evening of relaxation and reading!

How it Works:
You bring your wonderful self, a bottle of wine, and maybe even invite a friend.
Upon arrival, we'll assign each wine a number and place it in a brown bag
We will taste the wines blindly and vote for your top pick
We'll reveal the wines at the end and crown the winner!
This Thursday, March 14th is Iowa Coworking Day! 3.14 — also Pie Day. We will be celebrating with Pie!
