Last week we announced the details of the plans for Gravitate, a new entrepreneurial center of gravity in downtown Des Moines. The response has been tremendous — in just two days 5 of the 9 available offices have been claimed, several people joined as social members and we're more than a third of the way to our monthly revenue goal. This community is amazing.
The next thing we need to do is raise funds to build out the space and purchase furniture. Several people have inquired on how they can help with this so we've set up three different annual levels where companies can get involved:
Supporter Level — $1,000
- Sign up by August 31 to be included as a founding supporter*
- Your logo will be featured on the Gravitate website
- You have the ability to provide an offer to Gravitate members (early access, discount, credits, training, etc)
- One Social Membership** to the space for an individual in your company
Sponsor Level — $5,000
- Sign up by August 31 to be included as a founding sponsor*
- Your logo featured on the Gravitate website
- You have the ability to provide an offer to Gravitate members (early access, discount, credits, training, etc)
- Your branding on either —
- Conference room (3 available)
- First Friday Happy Hour
- Three Social Memberships** to the space for individuals in your company
Big Sponsor Level — $10,000
- Sign up by August 31 to be included as a founding big sponsor*
- Your logo featured on the Gravitate website
- You have the ability to provide an offer to Gravitate members (early access, discount, credits, training, etc)
- Your branding on either —

Sign up by August 31 and you'll get "founding" status at Gravitate! All founding sponsors (and members) will commemorated in a fixed way in the space for all time. We don't have the exact details worked out on this yet but you can be assured that everyone who jumps in early and helps us get the space off the ground will be shown our undying love and gratitude for their support.
**Social Memberships
Social Memberships are available to individuals who want to be involved in Gravitate but don't intend to cowork there on a monthly basis. As a social member, the representative of your company will receive:
- 10% discount on services - daily drop in, mailbox, conference room rental
- 10% discount to our events
- Member t-shirt
- Our undying love and gratitude (again)
