As of today, the coworking community that we’ve always known as as “Gravitate Valley Junction” is now called “Gravitate Midtown” and on Sept 1, it’ll be moving to a new location at 6500 University Avenue in Windsor Heights!
We’re really excited for the next iteration of our community and our business. Windsor Heights is a great little community that is as squarely in the middle of the west metro as you can get. It has easy access to Downtown Des Moines and the far west suburbs via I-235 and borders Des Moines, Urbandale, Clive and West Des Moines.
Windsor Heights is also Geoff’s hometown and he’s pretty excited for the opportunity to bring his business to his community. Being able to walk to the office every day is a nice perk, too.
Our new location on University is across the street from bars, restaurants and a great coffee shop. The Windsor Heights Hy-Vee is easily walkable and we’re just blocks away from Colby Park with all of its events and recreational opportunities including the Community Center and Dog Park. Colby Park is also an important hub for the regional trail system allowing runners, walkers and cyclists easy access to the Walnut Creek Trail.
The new Gravitate Midtown location will feature the same membership options that we have in all our locations: individual and team offices, dedicated desks, floating desks, mailbox and virtual. Let us know if you’d like to know more!
